All prospective PFRA members must complete and sign a PFRA membership application, including acknowledgment of the PFRA Code of Ethics, and submit payment for annual dues.

For graduates of the Fall Citizens Fire Academy class, dues paid are applied to the following calendar year.

In addition, please complete the online roster form. This form allows you to provide more detailed information and preferences, including:

  • Emergency contact information

  • Short biography

  • Committee interests

  • Headshot upload

  • Selection of any information you wish to have redacted from the members-only roster

 

Payment may be made online using the “Online Payment” button below or by submitting a check with your application. You may bring your completed application and payment to the next monthly meeting or mail them to the address listed on the application form.
