PFRA continues its support of the Plano Balloon Festival. 2003 marked the sixth year the PFRA volunteers manned the Lost Child Booth. PFRA manned both booths and also were parking lot attendants for one of the lots at Collin County Community College. Our involvement in past years has been such an overwhelming success, that the organization has been asked to take ownership of the Lost Child Booth at all future balloon festivals. This will give us a platform to share information about PFRA, the Citizens Fire Academy and the Plano Fire Department with festival attendees.

PFRA Volunteers provided over 200 hours of service over this three day event.
